Automotive Industry Remuneration Survey (for Trucks & Buses)

Purpose

The Automotive Industry Remuneration Survey for Trucks & Buses provides participants with a comprehensive review of pay levels for 37 positions across a range of management and award/clerical roles within different business units including sales/marketing, finance, HR, IT and specialist roles particular to the industry. The survey also comprises of benchmark information including an analysis of how companies are designing reward in order to retain and motivate key personnel.

Membership

Is only available to organisations that participate in the survey.
Provides members with an annual report in November on market levels, key industry trends and issues in remuneration affecting the Automotive Industry for Trucks & Buses.
An analysis of remuneration policies and benchmark information such as the provision of benefits, performance management and pay programs.
Members also have access to a telephone update service to review pay levels as required.


Data Collection

We have designed a simple data collection process. In this process you can provide us with your current remuneration information whilst on-line or download the questionnaires to be completed at your convenience. We can also provide you with a user-friendly and simple floppy disk as an alternative to the salary data collection. Both processes ensure complete confidentiality by providing passwords (specified by the individual user) on all questionnaires.


Annual Report

Your organisation's membership to the survey will provide you with a comprehensive annual report highlighting current salary and policy information relating to your industry. The report is personalised so that you can compare your current pay levels with the market.

Participation Cost

The annual membership rate is an investment of $2,310 p.a. ($2,100 plus $210 GST)
