A telephone service will be available to participants to understand the trends and directions in pay.
Data Collection We will collect the information by conducting face-to-face interviews or by telephone interviews with senior management in each organisation. All information will be held strictly confidential with no individual company information released. Collated data will however, provide a clear guide on the design characteristics and trends in incentive/pay plan design. In addition to the questions relating to the incentive/pay plan design, we will be seeking information on the philosophical approach companies are taking with regards to distributing income to staff. We will also examine the relationships between fixed pay, short and long-term incentives and the changes taking place in pay due to the various mergers in the market.
Annual Report Your organisation's membership to the survey will provide you with a comprehensive annual report highlighting fixed reward, short and long-term incentives and retention bonuses. You will receive a personalised report outlining the results including an analysis of trends in incentive design.
Participation Cost The annual membership rate is an investment of $3,300 p.a. ($3,000 plus $300 GST)
