Human Resources Practitioner/Consultant
Remuneration Survey
A joint venture between Hart Consulting
Group and HR Partners
Are you having difficulties attracting and
retaining high quality Human Resources personnel in your organisation?
Would you like to be more competitive in the remuneration levels
that you offer generalist and specialist HR professionals? Do
you have sufficient market information to assist you in designing
your remuneration structure for your staff?
Purpose
In conjunction with HR Partners, Hart Consulting
Group conducts a comprehensive review of human resources salaries
covering organisations across Australia. The survey focuses
on providing participants with comprehensive information on
pay levels for generalist and specialist practitioners/consultants
in the human resources profession. The survey comprises companies
of all sizes and incorporates a wide cross section of industries.
As organisations can be structured in many ways, a HR
Matrix (Click here
to view the model) has been developed
to reflect, in seven levels, how human resources roles contribute
to the management of their organisation and influence the achievement
of business goals. The model leads the participant to match
their own unique positions against a level of responsibilities
and influence the incumbent has on the direction of the business.

collection. Both processes ensure complete confidentiality by
providing passwords (specified by the individual user) on all
questionnaires.
Annual Report
Best of all this survey provides each participant
with an annual report in May containing position profiles and
an editorial. The editorial highlights trends and new directions
in pay for human resource professionals across Australia. In
the near future, international pay levels will be discussed
as to how these may impact on Australian business enterprises.
The survey also provides a discussion on the broader issues
of organisational design that HR professionals are dealing with
today.
Participation Cost
The annual membership rate is an investment
of $550 p.a. ($500 plus $50 GST)
