RCSA Remuneration & Benchmark Survey

Purpose

In conjunction with the RCSA (Recruitment & Consulting Services Association), Hart Consulting Group has been providing a remuneration and benchmark survey for organisations in the recruitment industry since the late 1990’s.

This survey has been developed to provide participants with a valuable source of up-to-date information on remuneration for a range of positions specific to this market. The survey covers current remuneration levels, benchmarks for the industry and information on the trends and direction in remuneration and performance pay policies.

Organisations across Australia and New Zealand are continually contributing to this survey allowing us to provide participants with current information, specific to their area, at all times.

Membership

Is only available to RCSA members who are participating in the survey.
Provides members with an annual report and a six-monthly update on market levels, key issues and trends that are affecting your industry, market or region and the recruitment industry generally.
Participants will have access to a real time database with the latest information on salary levels.
Information on trends in remuneration policies, benchmarks and performance management programs will be surveyed and then provided to members on a regular basis.
Members also have access to a telephone update service to review pay levels as required.

Data Collection

We have designed a simple data collection process. In this process you can provide us with your current remuneration information whilst on-line or download the questionnaires to be completed at your convenience. We can also provide you with a user-friendly and simple floppy disk as an alternative to the salary data collection. Both processes ensure complete confidentiality by providing passwords (specified by the individual user) on all questionnaires.


Annual Report

Best of all, this survey will provide your organisation with a comprehensive report on all policy and salary information in November (Australia) or May (New Zealand) and a six-monthly update on market levels, key issues and trends within the industry. This means you can be fully informed on the latest issues and reward levels in time for your next salary review. The report is also personalised so that you can compare your remuneration levels with the current market.

Participation Cost

The annual membership rate is an investment of $550 p.a. ($500 plus $50 GST) for Australian participants and $Aus500 p.a. for New Zealand participants.
