Retail Distribution Remuneration Survey

Purpose

This survey has been developed in response to market demand for remuneration information on the distribution of retail financial services. The survey covers updates in pay levels, commission structures/incentive plan design and monitors trends and directions in remuneration within the retail distribution market.

The market consists of a wide cross section of companies throughout Australia. These include retail banks, merchant/investment banks and finance/insurance companies.

Is only available to organisations participating in the survey.
Provides members with a comprehensive annual report highlighting the latest information on salary levels.
Focuses on providing participants with current information on incentive design principles.
A telephone service is available to participants to understand market levels and incentive plan design mechanisms.


Data Collection

We have designed a simple data collection process. In this process you can provide us with your current remuneration information whilst on-line or download the questionnaires to be completed at your convenience. We can also provide you with a user-friendly and simple floppy disk as an alternative to the salary data collection. Both processes ensure complete confidentiality by providing passwords (specified by the individual user) on all questionnaires. In some instances, data collection may be conducted either by telephone or by face to face meetings.

Annual Report

Participation in this survey will enable you to obtain a comprehensive annual report available highlighting current remuneration and incentive information. The report is personalised so that you can compare your current pay levels with the market.


Participation Cost

The annual membership rate is an investment of $2,420 p.a. ($2,200 plus $220 GST)
